## 7. Monitoring, Detection, and Enforcement
Pedestal Studio may use manual review, automated moderation systems, keyword filtering, image and media classification, metadata analysis, behavioral signals, device and browser signals, payment signals, session data, network indicators, account linkage, user reports, and internal review tools to detect and investigate prohibited or risky activity.
Where permitted by law, Pedestal Studio may link accounts, devices, sessions, payment instruments, network identifiers, browser fingerprints, IP data, and related records where we reasonably suspect fraud, evasion, repeat abuse, policy violations, or prohibited conduct.
We may take action based on suspected violations, attempted violations, risk indicators, complaints, legal requests, processor requests, compliance concerns, or investigative findings.

Creating replacement accounts, using another person’s account, changing devices, changing networks, using alternate payment credentials, or re-listing materially similar prohibited content may be treated as an independent violation.
